Shift scheduling & timesheets
for crews that run the day.
Employee scheduling software with a clock-in app, live timesheets and payroll-ready exports — built for event staffing, security guard companies, construction crews, hospitality and logistics. Build the schedule, assign the right people, track every hour. You pay for the people you actually put on a shift that month, not your whole roster.
Tell it what you need.
It plans it, prices it, and books it when you say go.
Not a chatbot bolted to the side. It reads the same schedule, rules and rates you do, works out what has to change, and shows you the plan with the cost on it. Nothing reaches your crew until you say yes — and one tap takes it all back.
Things people actually ask it
- Who can cover Saturday?Reads availability, rest windows and site blocks before it opens its mouth.
- Build next week from the client’s request.Deployments, positions and offers, drafted in one pass for you to approve.
- Why did we run over on hours?Goes through the timesheets and tells you where they went.
- Chase the three unanswered offers.Messages the crew as you, and reports back who replied.
- Set up the new site.Asks for what it is missing, then builds it properly.
- Undo that.Every booking it makes comes back out in a single tap.
Map the job site before the crew arrives
Venue, job site, restaurant floor or warehouse. Drag zones, stations, gates and stages onto a live map. Built on the big screen, in every pocket on shift day.
Shift scheduling: assign in seconds, priced before you click
Every name shows what it costs. Someone already deployed this month costs nothing extra for more shifts. Offers go out, workers accept, slots fill.
A time clock and timesheet that track the day themselves
Clock in by tap or GPS geofence, or a supervisor scans the QR badge. Live hours, late alerts, incident reports, and a payroll-ready timesheet export (CSV, PDF) the moment the shift wraps.
Overtime and rest rules that catch mistakes before they happen
Rest windows, overtime caps, availability, double-bookings, every assignment is checked the moment you make it. Warnings you can override, hard limits nobody can.
One worker account across every employer
Find shift work, accept offers with one tap, and apply to staffing companies hiring on the built-in job market. Every verified hour builds a work portfolio that follows workers from employer to employer — free for workers, always.

The fine print, minus the fine print
The Chief of Staff reads your real schedule, roster, rules and rates, then plans the change you asked for — filling a call-out, building next week, chasing unanswered offers, explaining where the hours went. It shows you the plan with the cost on it and books nothing until you confirm. It acts as you, inside your own permissions, and most changes can be undone in one tap.
Standard: first 5 workers free each month, then $3.50 USD per worker. $19 USD monthly minimum. Pro: first 5 workers free each month, then $6 USD per worker. $49 USD monthly minimum. The minimum still applies, so a month with up to 10 deployed workers on Standard, or up to 13 on Pro, comes to the minimum. You pay for the people you actually put on a shift that month, not your whole roster. Companies in Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand pay in their own currency: Standard is CA$3.50 in Canada, £2.75 in the UK, €3.25 in Europe, A$3.50 in Australia and NZ$3.50 in New Zealand a worker (minimum CA$19 in Canada, £15 in the UK, €18 in Europe, A$19 in Australia and NZ$19 in New Zealand), and Pro is CA$6.00 in Canada, £4.75 in the UK, €5.50 in Europe, A$6.00 in Australia and NZ$6.00 in New Zealand (minimum CA$49 in Canada, £39 in the UK, €45 in Europe, A$49 in Australia and NZ$49 in New Zealand). Prices do not include sales tax or VAT, which is added where it applies.
It comes with Pro (first 5 workers free each month, then $6 USD per worker, $49 USD monthly minimum, or the price in your currency). Free accounts get a week with it and Standard accounts get a month, once, with no card — after that it lives on Pro.
Employee scheduling, time clock and timesheet software for businesses that run on crews: event staffing, security guard companies, construction, hospitality and logistics. Employers build shifts and assign workers; workers clock in from a phone; timesheets export payroll-ready.
Staffing companies, event and security contractors, and any employer that schedules hourly crews. Clients of those companies get a portal to request staff, and workers get a free app to accept shifts, clock in and build a verified work history.
Yes. Workers clock in and out by tap or GPS geofence from the phone app, or a supervisor scans their QR badge; supervisors can sign a whole crew in from a deployment. Hours flow straight into live timesheets with CSV and PDF export.
Yes. Workers keep one free account across every employer, receive shift offers, book open positions, and can apply to companies hiring on the job market inside the app.
Anyone who takes a shift you offer, or you put on a shift, that calendar month. Accepted shifts and no-shows count. Offers still waiting for an answer, declined or expired don't, and neither does anyone you take off a shift, or whose shift you cancel, before its day. Assign someone twenty more shifts the same month and they still count once.
Never. Keep 1,000 people on file with their history, ratings and licences. You pay for the people you actually put on a shift that month, not your whole roster.
Completely. Workers keep one account across every employer, with a verified portfolio that follows them.
Your data stays yours. Timesheets, exports and incident records remain accessible on every plan, forever, only new scheduling narrows to free-tier limits.
On the free tier, yes. On Standard the monthly minimum applies ($19 USD, or the minimum in your currency; on Pro, $49 USD), which keeps your account and data live between seasons.
